At Jeff Academy, we strive to provide valuable educational content and services to our users. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to request a refund. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for online courses and subscription services.
1. Online Course Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests for purchased courses are eligible within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed are not eligible for a refund.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at jeffseollc@gmail.com with your purchase details and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
- Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, including course materials, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed beyond 20%. Please review all available course previews and descriptions before purchasing.
2. Subscription Service Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions for live support are non-refundable. Once you are billed for the subscription period, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any issues with a payment, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account.
4. Exceptions
In the case of extraordinary circumstances, such as platform-wide technical issues or legal requirements, Jeff Academy reserves the right to issue refunds outside of the regular policy at its discretion.
